Did this after a short legs workout - did not realize my legs were already fried until I started using the step! And although I used light weights, WHY did I put my weighted gloves on first??? 😬🤪😁

I started doing this work out about a year ago I was having some back pain so I didn’t do it for a while started again today and boy did I miss it it’s such an awesome all over I kind of counted as my hit training day. You are my go to I probably have 10 tapes that I rotate with you I’m about your age and I love that you do controlled weights without a lot of jumping. Thank you for all your hard work

My hope is to put more on DVD. I plan to only replicate 500 units of a given title. Once that sells out I can pick another RAW to put on DVD. Box & Barre is one of my favorites also...easy on the joints but challenging on the whole body. Please spread the word about the the two Raw DVDs that are waiting to be purchased: Box & Pump 5 and Fitness Ladder 2. I also have bonus RAW workouts on my last two professionally filmed DVDs: "Power Splits "and on "Cardio FIT".

Wow, I must have missed this when you first posted it - I really liked it! I especially liked that you added a few kicks (I subbed additional ones for the knees) and that the toning part was no weights, more like part of the cardio. I love your boxing but you do a great job kickboxing, too - would love to see more kickboxing (no step, just kicks and punches).
